Mission Statement & Experience

Aragon Music Lessons & Recording is a creative artist center for private music education. We are located at 2716 Coloma Street in Placerville, California, since 2016!

Aragon Music's goal, with each new student in mind, is to excite him/her with their own creative potential and inspire them to realize their highest creative self by preparing them for further academic study in the art of music.

The advantage of private music lessons is that each student can work at his or her own pace.

"A child can begin playing the Ukulele as early as age 6 or 7 and then continue to enjoy playing chordophones, like the guitar at age 8."

"It's not just about me teaching them a song, it's about teaching them to figure it out for themselves." -- R.C.A.

Robert focuses on teaching proper technique, incorporates rhythm, intervals, single note reading, scales, chords, music theory, and song form into lessons from the
first lesson.

This integrated approach creates a very strong foundation for more challenging music in the future.

If one has the desire and you're willing to make time for practice, anyone can learn to play the ukulele, banjo, mandolin, or guitar!

"Learning to play a musical instrument requires a long-term commitment and regular practice. You'll be glad you did and you will have cultivated a gift to share for a lifetime
and be a better person for it, too!" -- R.C.A.

"It's not just about me teaching my students songs, it's about teaching them how to learn and decipher the language and nomenclature of music for themselves." -- R.C.A.

"I am grateful and feel it is a privilege to make a contribution to the musical lives of children and adults. In addition to my teaching experience,
I offer insight into the world of performing, composing, and recording. I try to help the students enjoy learning in a supportive and non-judgmental atmosphere." -- R.C.A.
